Regular Cleaning: Use a slightly damp (not wet) cloth to wipe dividers. Immediately follow with a dry cloth to prevent water spots. Avoid soaking the wood or leaving standing water.
Deeper Cleaning: For stuck-on residue, use mild dish soap diluted in water. Apply sparingly with a soft cloth, then wipe with clean damp cloth, and dry thoroughly.
What to Avoid: Never use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive water. Avoid placing wet items directly on wood surfaces. Don't use furniture polish or oil-based products unless specifically designed for food-safe wood.
